Anthony is a Senior Digital Consultant with Active Directions. He specialises in developing and implementing digital product strategies and solutions to meet business needs, as well as providing end-to-end video production services. Anthony has over 15 years of experience working for large international online media businesses across a broad range of content verticals.


DAMIAN BARLOW | Senior Consultant

Damian is a Senior Consultant with Active Directions specialising in financial modeling and forecasting. He has experience working in-house and in consulting with a range of clients to first understand their business by liaising with key stakeholders, and then in developing sophisticated models to be able to both report on and forecast key general and business-specific metrics.  He is part of our team supporting our Partner network including big four and mid-tier accounting firms.

GREG WALLACE | Principal Consultant

Greg is a Principal Consultant with Active Directions. Greg is a commercially astute program manager and customer experience leader, with a consistent track record of achieving business success.  Greg has extensive experience in leading and delivering customer outcomes, business efficiency and digital transformation in telecommunications and government.

JARKA KUNOVA | Principal Consultant

Jarka is a Principal Consultant with Active Directions, a creative and innovative leader in the fields of change, digital transformation and strategy.  She brings over 15 years of experience delivering value to organisations through growth and change. Jarka blends her practical and pragmatic approach with human-centered design helping businesses innovate and transform (systems, process, and people). 

JIM SCOLLON | Director

Jim is a Director and is responsible for managing Active Directions’ Strategic Partnerships.  He works across our Partner network and our consultant team to ensure clients receive the right skills to support their business goals at the right time.  He also brings 15 years of strategy and improvement consulting experience across corporates, NFPs, government and family businesses.  Before joining Active Directions, Jim managed the consulting team within PwC’s Private Clients business unit.

KATE FROST | Principal Consultant

Kate is passionate about transformational and organisational strategy, relationship building, and revenue generation to support increased returns on economic, human and social investment. She has a personal focus on and involvement with the theory and practice of supporting young people and their education focusing on early intervention and lifelong learning.

MELISSA STEWART| Principal Consultant

Melissa is a senior advisor and globally recognized leader in corporate responsibility, with extensive technical knowledge on modern slavery/supply chain transparency. Expertise in human rights ethical sourcing, environmental and social policy & governance, and implementation to deliver measurable impact. Proven experience in project management, reporting, partnership-building, stakeholder engagement, training, and advocacy. 

MICHA VEEN | Principal Consultant

Micha is a Principal Consultant which delivers large operational transformations across the supply chain, manufacturing, operations, finance, human resources, technology, and global business services (incl. shared services and business process outsourcing) within multinationals, government, and not-for-profit organisations. His focus on innovative, fit-for-purpose solution development, deployment and delivery allowed him to deliver effective and sustainable, future-proof improvements.

NANCY KABAARA | Principal Consultant

Nancy is a Principal Consultant with Active Directions, leading the delivery of business transformation services to emerging and medium to large family businesses and not-for-profits.  She is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has spent over 15 years helping organisations become more efficient, effective and productive. Her experience and pragmatic approach to consulting, including coaching and mentoring, ensures a significant and positive impact on all the projects Nancy is engaged on.

Sam is a Principal Consultant with Active Direction, a highly motivated and commercially focused senior actuary. Regarded as an innovative problem solver and collaborator, he has a track record of delivering quality advice that is pragmatic and clearly communicated, enabling senior management to understand and improve business performance.

Sarah is a Principal Consultant for Active Directions, leading the development of marketing strategies to launch new businesses and to grow and retain customers.  She is passionate about providing real and actionable advice and is experienced in tailoring marketing solutions to meet the various objectives and capabilities of her clients.

Steven is a Senior Consultant with Active Directions specialising in financial modelling, data analysis, and business strategy. He has experience working in-house as a finance professional dealing closely with key stakeholders, working with data to analyse and communicate insights that drive operational and strategic decision making. Suzanne is a Senior Consultant with Active Directions specialising in leading and managing projects and process mapping. She has experience working at various companies running Agile projects, identifying process improvements and identifying KPIs and establishing Dashboards.
